Terms & Conditions
1. The following terms and conditions apply for "Canon Creativity Contest" ("Contest") on Canon's Rethink Website ("Site") and shall be binding on all persons ("Contestant") entering into this contest. Entry and participation in this contest shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by a Contestants of all Terms and Conditions.
2. The Organizer of this contest is Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. ("Organizer")
3. The contest will run from 21/2/2011 until 22/4/2011 ("Contest period") unless notified otherwise. The Organizer reserves the right to extend the Contest period at its own discretion.
4. Registration via Facebook connect is required to be in the running for the prizes. If users choose to participate without registering, the art work will still be submitted to the gallery but not submitted for the contest, and therefore will not qualify.
5. The contest is open to all Malaysian residents excluding employees, organizers (or families of such employees or organizers) or anyone else connected with the administration of the contest.
6. To participate in this contest, just follow the steps to register, and start customizing your animal skin with the tools provided. Then submit it to the gallery where users can vote for the most creative creations. The most votes will be awarded with the grand prized by Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
7. Users content on this site includes all uploaded submissions. Each time you upload or submit user content you will be confirming your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, all the terms and conditions set here. Instructions for uploading user content can be found on the site's web page for the upload of User Content.
8. When you submit User Content you may also be asked to provide some information about you and your submission. This may include, without limitation, such things as a descriptive title, some information about the User Content, length, your location and/or similar information. By submitting User Content, you are also agreeing and you understand that the term "User Content" also includes, without limitation and refers to all of the information you submit or we may receive that is related to your submission.
